MadaPrivacy policy

This policy explains what Mada collects through mada.build, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
When you send an inquiry or book a demo: your name, role, phone or WhatsApp number, and, if you add them, your email, company, project name and message. We also note which page and language you used.
Basic, anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, country, device type). These use no cookies and do not identify you.
Why we use it
Only to reply to you, arrange the demo you asked for, and follow up about your project. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.
Where it is kept
Inquiries are stored securely with our trusted hosting providers, and only the Mada team can see them. Our providers may process data outside Iraq under their own security and privacy commitments.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as we are in contact about your project, and delete them on request.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by writing to hello@mada.build. We will reply within a few working days.
